You don't need us to tell you that putting on an event - whether it's large or small, public or private - requires an inordinate amount of attention to details. You will want it to be as perfect and memorable as possible (for the right reasons!).
We at TRAC are well aware of the pressures in trying to juggle all the items on that seemingly endless to-do list. Let us relive some of that pressure by taking care of all your access, pathway and flooring requirements.
In today's safety conscious world it's important to protect your guests. You also want to protect and enhance your own terra firma environment, whether it be to protect your cherished garden lawn or just to provide defined paths. At the same time, however, you want both to provide an amenable and pleasant environment for your event.
TRAC can provide the required expertise and combination of flooring, pathway and roadway options that you will need to make your event a successful one, a safe one, and an accessible one!
With the right combination of PORTAPATH flooring, SUPATRAC pathway and ACCESS 1 roadway options available from TRAC we can cover all the angles.
PORTAPATH
Our light-weight and versatile PORTAPATH comes in an attractive green finish and is perfect for the flooring in and around marquees.
It provides a perfect surface for seating areas as well as pedestrian pathways. It offers the perfect protection for your grass underneath as air, light and water can all pass through to the turf below.
We have over 10,000 square metres of the latest variant of PORTAPATH - the largest stockist in UK. Of course you don't need to use it all!

SUPATRAC
If you need a slightly more robust trackway or hard standing area that can cater for both pedestrian and light vehicle traffic then SUPATRAC may be required. This can have ramps fitted at the ends to allow safe and easy access for wheelchairs, trolleys, and strollers, etc.
SUPATRAC can also be used to provide a parking pad on soft ground thus ensuring cars don't get stuck, the ground doesn't get churned up, and the people don't get muddy feet!
We will be happy to advise you as to whether SUPATRAC will be more appropriate than PORTAPATH. Of course a mixture of both systems may be the best option.
ACCESS 1
For some events you may need a more heavy duty roadway - provided by our aluminium panel product ACCESS 1. For large outdoor events it provides solid access roads and hard-standing parking areas suitable for both cars and coaches.
Perhaps it will just be required for the initial set-up and tear-down of your event - to ensure that your contractors' delivery vehicles don't damage your grounds.
